Responses to Email Inquiries: When Visitors send email inquiries to Balanca's, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. Balanca's does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.

Improper Conduct: Balanca's may use customer identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the network or otherwise violates the customer agreement for service.
